New baby gatherings

New baby gatherings are an opportunity for new parents and their babies to join group discussions, get to know one another, and learn about what your community has to offer families with young children.

Make the Connection

Make the Connection is a nine-week in-person program for parents and caregivers with children 0 to 2 years old. The program helps parents to learn how to connect emotionally and communicate with their child(ren), and to develop confidence in their role as a parent. Make the Connection is also available as a free online course.

Healthy Baby Healthy Brain

Your baby’s brain is built over time. It starts during pregnancy and continues through to early adulthood. Like a building, it needs a strong foundation. Healthy Baby Healthy Brain’s website is a collection of videos and resources about how you can help your baby’s brain develop in healthy ways. It doesn’t take special toys or equipment, and it’s easier than you might think!
