What to do if you have been Sexually Assaulted

​If you have been sexually assaulted, it is important to find a safe place, get help and seek medical attention right away. Call someone you trust that can help you and support you. This might be a family member, friend or staff person at your local sexual assault support centre.

The right hand toolbar provides contact information for programs that support women who have experienced sexual assault. There are people and programs who can assist you every step of the way - you are not alone.
