Living with Diabetes

The earlier you are diagnosed, the sooner you can take action to stay well and prevent serious complications from diabetes – now and in the future.
 
If you already have type 2 diabetes, your children, brothers and sisters are also at risk. Encourage them to be tested for diabetes. Leading a healthy, smoke-free lifestyle that includes healthy eating and regular physical activity can help you to manage your diabetes. It is never too late to live a healthier life!
