Gymnastics teaches the ABC’S of athleticism: AGILITY...BALANCE...COORDINATION…SPEED

It is a sport that develops flexibility, strength, grace, discipline, control, co-ordination, goal-orientation, confidence, creativity, leadership, a healthy body and positive self-esteem. Trampoline, acrobatic, rhythmic and tumbling are offered as part of a comprehensive program. Gymnastic routines can include floors, bars, rings, vaults or balance beams. 

Activities will be dependent on a club’s availability of equipment, trained coaches and facilities. Annual fees will apply when you join a gymnastics club.
