Try these tips to keep your teeth healthy:
  • Don't rush! - Brush your teeth for 2 minutes, twice a day
  • Brush with a soft bristle brush
  • Floss once a day
  • Limit sugary snacks and drinks
  • Make water or milk your first choice
  • Visit a dental professional regularly, at least once a year
